3.1 Core Functionality

We use Amplitude to track feature usage and behavior patterns. We do not track:
- Signer names or addresses
- Document content or titles
- Exact commission or bond renewal dates
- Exact fees or mileage amounts
3.3 Support and Safety
- We use collected information to respond to support requests
- We may use crash reports to fix bugs and improve stability

4. Biometric Data (Thumbprints)
Thumbprint images are stored only on your device in encrypted local storage. They are never:
- Uploaded to our servers or any third-party service
- Shared with cloud providers
- Used for identification beyond your device
Your jurisdiction may have specific laws regarding biometric data (such as BIPA in Illinois or CUBI in Texas). Consult local legal counsel before relying on this feature.
5. Data Security
All user data is encrypted at rest using SQLCipher with a 32-byte key stored in your device's secure Keychain. The encrypted database is excluded from iCloud backup.
Despite our security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Deletion
6.1 User-Initiated Deletion
You can delete all app data via Settings > Delete All Data. This:
- Removes all stored records, signatures, and notes
- Deletes encryption keys from Keychain
- Cancels all notifications
- Returns the app to initial setup state
6.2 Server-Side Deletion
To request deletion of any data stored on our servers (including backup logs), contact support@actbook.aeoriaapps.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
7.1 RevenueCat (Subscription and Purchase Processing)
- Manages in-app purchases and subscription billing
- Collects purchase history and subscription status
